What I Do:
Teenagers don't need executive coaches. They do need to understand the process. I focus this into 4 buckets
1. Job applications and resumes, when to use each
2. Interviewing and making a good impression
3. How to follow up on open applications and after an interview
4. Getting a job offer and choosing to accept
Why I Do It:
By working with teens directly or facilitating free workshops, I am able to give back in a small way. My hope, as I continue to raise my own adopted children, is to teach a set of skills helping to shape a path toward expanding their future employment potential.
There is no cost for these services. Caseworkers and foster parents with teens in their care can contact me to make arrangements.
