Whether you're new in leadership or looking to fine tune your influence, it all starts with understanding your personal brand. Are you well qualified but can't get promoted or hired to that next level? Your brand might need work. We define personal brand as your professional reputation and what people say about you (and your work) when you're not around. There is no one size fits all approach to becoming an authentic leader or discovering your unique brand, but together we will do just that.
Many businesses are not large enough to require a dedicated in-house resource to answer common questions around employing others. When and how do you develop an employee handbook? How do you comply with federal and state employment laws? Or maybe you have day to day HR support but need to develop a strategy or get advice on a complex HR issue. Imposter Syndrome is when someone doubts their skills, talents or accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a "fraud". Imposter syndrome leads to higher levels of stress, debilitating work-performance anxiety and stalls career progression. A study published in Harvard Business Review shows that imposter syndrome is a fear of top executives worldwide, with 60% indicating it negatively impacted their ability to lead confidently.
When we work together, we'll agree to a process personalized to help you achieve your goals. Before we get can started we'll need to see if we're a good match. Basically, you share what problem you want help with, and we'll tell you how we can help. This is best accomplished with a short phone call. When we move forward and begin the coaching process, we will come to an agreement on confidentiality, desired outcomes, and how we'll define success. Typical arrangements are 3, 6, or 12 months, with flexibility to meet your needs. Some clients may need a shorter engagement if you have a specific near-term goal to focus on.
